Group the barriers to knowledge, treatment, and control of hypertension in patients in Latin America through a scoping review.

Methods

A scoping review was conducted in accordance with the Arksey and O'Malley methodological framework and the PRISMA guidelines for systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Searches were carried out in the PubMed, Virtual Health Library, and Scopus databases. Blind and independent selection was conducted in the RAYYAN QCRI application. Finally, the results of the selected studies were addressed narratively.

Over the past decade, advances in systematic review methodology and terminology have necessitated an update to the guideline. The PRISMA 2020 statement replaces the 2009 statement and includes new reporting guidance that reflects advances in methods to identify, select, appraise, and synthesize studies.

Analyze facilitating processes, obstacles, and effects of the implementation of non-pharmacological public health measures for the prevention of COVID-19 in child and adolescent protection centers in two departments (Antioquia and La Guajira) in Colombia during the period 2020–2021.
